Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Auralyns. We are a UK-based store specialising in astrology-inspired wall art, apparel, journals, and digital downloads. All physical products are made to order using print-on-demand production.

UK Shipping

Standard Delivery: £3.99 flat rate on all orders.
Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days (includes production and transit time).
Please allow 2–5 business days for production, as each item is printed fresh for you, plus 3–5 business days for Royal Mail or courier delivery.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand to additional countries in the future. Please check back for updates.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your item has been dispatched.

Please note that because our products are made to order, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered instantly via email after purchase. No shipping is required for digital items.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@auralyns.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
